The location is prime, just a short walk to the lake, enhancing the relaxing atmosphere. Staff members displayed genuine attentiveness, ensuring our needs were met throughout the stay. Despite these upsides, we faced delays checking in and found the room's cleanliness below expectations, with some unpleasant odors lingering. Parking was rather inconvenient, requiring a longer walk than anticipated.

Great location just a short walk to the lake. Our room had a lovely balcony with views onto the gardens. We appreciated the lift access to upper floors and the flat-screen TV. great location, but room cleanliness could improve
The hotel's location is superb, just a 7-minute stroll to the lake made our evenings so enjoyable. Every day, the fresh towels added a lovely touch. The reception staff were genuinely friendly and helpful, enhancing our experience further.
The room cleanliness left something to be desired, with some lingering odors that could have been addressed.

Be warned, there's no air conditioning unless you're visiting in peak summer, which could get stuffy during warmer months. Street noise from nearby bars and scooters can disrupt a peaceful night's sleep, especially if you're in a room facing the street. The breakfast is quite basic, with limited selection and quality. many found it lacking. the fitness and recreational facilities were virtually non-existent, so don’t expect anything fancy here. bear in mind that you'll need to pay extra for things like a fridge or a safe, which some might see as unnecessary charges.
